Characteristics: Postpartum care is the recovery from childbirth by women. Pregnancy changes a women�s body in numerous ways, both during and after pregnancy. Hair loss is typically seen after childbirth along with other side effects, such as being emotional body soreness, skin changes, and sore breasts.
While pregnant higher hormone levels stops hair loss and sometimes even results in additional hair growth. However after giving birth, the body discards the excess hair and within half a year, your hair will be back to the level it was prior to you getting pregnant.

Duration: While pregnant and usually up to six months after giving birth.

Cause & Cure: Postpartum care is caused by pregnancy and giving time after childbirth, the women�s body will return to normal.
